IPP feature HRcomparison for their members


HRcomparison are delighted to announce their collaboration with the Institute of Payroll Professionals, that now facilitates their 5000+ membership accessing the HRcomparison site directly through the IPP website, to compare and source Payroll software, HR software and Time & Attendance applications.

The Institute of Payroll Professionals (IPP) is pleased to announce a new IPP membership benefit. Members can now access HRcomparison.com from the Institute’s website. This payroll and HR software comparison site can provide you with the ability to identify and connect with the closest matches to your payroll and HR software requirements, as well as providing you with the capacity to pursue selection of systems with a higher level of confidence.

Some of the advantages of using HRcomparison.com are:

The detailed HRIS Selector Tool will take you through a series of questions, enabling you to select applications (HR software, payroll software and time & attendance), Modules (e.g. absence, employee self service) and then the granularity of Features (e.g. multi-currency, audit trail) within the Modules. This will take about 25 minutes to complete, after which you access the results of this tool by providing some organisational details and accepting the terms and conditions.

Quick Product Search is for those wanting a fast overview, and will enable you to key in some headline HRIS features from which a shortlist will be shown. As with the Selector, you can then go on to compare between vendors and their HR, payroll and time and attendance solutions. The Quick Search should take no longer than 5-10 minutes to complete.

Vendor Profiles can be accessed through the selector features or from the Vendors-at-a-Glance box at the foot of the Home Page, and have the opportunity to look at the more individual flavour of the software.

The "Events and Exhibitions" feature enables you to compare HRIS products that are being shown at the main HR exhibitions before you actually arrive at the show.
