Internet Advantage bets on the Cezanne OnDemand online HR software service to manage their multi-lingual employees


 

Cezanne Software, a specialist developer of HR software for people and talent management, is delighted to announce that Internet Advantage, a European SEO company based in Salamanca, Spain, has selected the Cezanne OnDemand SaaS HR software solution to manage their HR processes. 

 The online marketing agency, Internet Advantage, has chosen Cezanne’s ‘pay as you go’ SaaS HR solution, Cezanne OnDemand to streamline their human resource management processes. 
 
Founded in 2005 by René de Jong, a Dutch national who settled in the Salamancan capital, Internet Advantage works in seven languages, English, German, French, Dutch, Portuguese, Italian and Spanish. The company offers tailored SEO services, which offer the breadth, consistency and speed of action for search engine rankings that companies competing in today’s global market place need.

They were one of the first to see the possibilities offered by the new online HR software service, Cezanne OnDemand. “All companies, no matter what size, have the same HR requirements to manage employee data, absences, holidays, CV information etc. We saw the opportunity to replace our spreadsheets and in-house databases with a specialist people management application”, says Pilar Cantariño,

Our company is fully internet-based; we have staff and partners that work off-shore. The company managed the implementation of Cezanne OnDemand themselves. “The set up was very fast, the company didn’t need to hire or train people”, explains Manual Ortega, Product Manager at Cezanne Software Ibérica. “The system is very intuitive. After loading the data, and just one morning to address some of their questions, they were ready to go live. They now manage 35 employees in Spain and are thinking about extending the HR system to cover their employees elsewhere in the world.”
 
As a SaaS solution, Cezanne OnDemand is updated on a regular basis, with new features to existing modules automatically rolled out to customers as part of the subscription service. “Because of the way we deliver our SaaS HR software service we prefer to talk about refreshes, instead of new versions,” explains Manual Ortega. He adds: “We have two major updates each year, which ensures that we continuously improve the competitiveness of our product by improving the existing modules and adding new features.”
