A name change reflecting new ambitions

Focused on the future and in the wake of its acquisition on 25 February 2013, of European HR and talent management software supplier, Cezanne Software, Lefebvre Software is taking the new name, Talentia Software. This name better reflects, under a major international brand, its unified focus on a shared ambition: managing the financial performance and human resources of its clients – including both major accounts, and small and mid-sized enterprises – by bringing together solutions, services and expertise!

 The acquisition of Cezanne Software, which was the fifth external-expansion operation completed in less than six years by Lefebvre Software, represents a significant change in scope, not just in terms of types of services with the inclusion of HR management solutions and complementary skills, but also a strengthening of geographic positions, primarily in Europe and directly or indirectly in the Americas.

 Despite a difficult economic environment, from 2008 to 2012 Lefebvre Software's turnover almost doubled, reaching €46.1M in 2012, up 9.5% over the previous year. Over the last four years, the company's EBITDA grew by 538%, reaching 18% in 2012, up 30% compared to 2011.

 This outstanding performance ratifies the company's strategy of combining organic growth and external expansion. The number of new clients resulting from the merger of the two companies is estimated at nearly 600; and with more than 500 new customer contracts finalised in 2012, the group is committed to cultivating and growing client relationships based on trust and mutual partnership.

 Now that 2013 is well under way, the new group, set up and brought together under the name of Talentia Software, is supporting 3,600 clients internationally, with greater opportunities for cross-selling and recurring revenue. It is estimated that turnover by the end of 2013 will be nearly €60M, the result of the commitment and talent of its 430 associates in eight countries.
