Prolog Print Media and the CIPP: a free of charge 'Reducing the cost of employee communications' webinar on Wednesday 11 July 2012

Prolog Print Media and the CIPP are running a free of charge 'Reducing the cost of employee communications' webinar on Wednesday 11 July 2012 at 1:30pm.

Despite electronic communications, good old fashioned letters are still needed from time to time, perhaps to confirm a contract of employment, disciplinary or grievance procedures, explain maternity / paternity rights, sickness absence reporting or redundancy plans. The list can go on and on, and is ever growing; with Pension Reform and RTI.

The need to communicate with employees can put a daily pressure on organisations both financially: with postage rates at a record high, and on resources: with many departments working at reduced staffing levels.

Prolog Print Media will host this new 30 minute webinar exploring how you can ease the burden of mailing these documents to employees.

Document print expert – Glyn King – will introduce Prolog Mail: the new virtual printing service, which allows users to upload documents they would normally send to a desktop or local office printer to be printed and distributed directly through our secure ISO27001 production facility.

Glyn will also look at how the traditional estimated cost of around £1.09 per document mailing can be reduced to as little as 32p +VAT including postage and he will demonstrate how online address validation can also drive down mailing costs and improve the accuracy of employee address data.

This free webinar is made possible by support from the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) webinar service.
