Each Workshop is comprised of two half day sessions, to minimise the amount of time that busy practitioners are away from their day-to-day activities. At the conclusion of the Workshop, delegates will be able to:-

Build a business case for new or replacement HRIS;

-Decide the features and functionality that meet organisational requirements;

-Assess the various methods of acquisition and delivery;

-Select the applications most likely to meet the required criteria;

-Understand how the implementation phases should be planned and project managed
